BWOS (Bello Wealth Operating System) is a free public educational app. This page explains in plain language what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible and to keep what we do collect private to you and your household.
1. Who we are
BWOS is a free, educational personal-finance tool. It is not a regulated financial institution, broker, custodian, or advisor. For any questions about this policy, contact twobs2025@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
- Account data: your email address and authentication identifiers.
- Household data you enter: assets, liabilities, cash flow, estate notes, family members and any documents you choose to add.
- Usage data: basic logs (timestamps, errors) needed to keep the app running.
3. How we use your data
- To provide the app — display your ledger, run your AI advisor, and let invited family members view shared data.
- To keep the app secure and debug issues.
- That's it. We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising, and we do not profile you for marketing.
4. Who can see your data
Only you and the household members you explicitly invite. Data is isolated per household using Row-Level Security at the database layer. Our team does not browse your financial details; access is limited to what is strictly necessary to operate the service.
5. AI advisor
The AI advisor processes your household data to generate summaries and answer your questions. Your data is not used to train third-party AI models. Prompts and responses stay within your private environment.
6. Storage & security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication is handled by a dedicated identity provider. No system is perfectly secure, but we follow standard practices to protect what you store.
7. Retention & deletion
You can export your household data at any time. Deleting your household permanently removes the associated records from our active systems; routine backups are rotated out on a normal schedule.
8. Your choices
You can update or delete information you've added, revoke invites, or close your account at any time. For requests or questions email twobs2025@gmail.com.
9. Changes
If we update this policy we'll update the date above. Material changes will be surfaced in the app.
